Role Overview
In this position, you will assist the Head of Ticketing in delivering outstanding ticketing services for prominent sporting events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily ticketing operations while ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.
- Develop and implement effective ticketing strategies to optimize event execution and ticket inventory utilization.
- Collaborate with the Head of Ticketing and Ticketing Manager to oversee ticket allocations by event, venue, and category.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments related to ticket inventory and operational planning.
- Oversee the management of ticketing data across various systems, providing insights for financial forecasting and budget management.
- Lead ticketing operations on event days, acting as a key decision-maker and support for broader program delivery.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for improvement within STH programs and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with ticketing systems for large-scale sporting events.
- Strong ability to outline requirements and lead multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
- Experience in managing high-level stakeholder relationships to support operational goals.
- Excellent analytical skills to leverage data insights for enhancing ticketing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for effective data management.
- Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve project objectives.
