We seek candidates with a robust background in ticketing, possessing strong analytical skills, a comprehensive understanding of the ticketing environment in the UK, and familiarity with CRM email marketing systems, preferably within the realms of Live Entertainment, Touring, or Venues. This role requires a presence in the office on a full-time basis, fostering a collaborative atmosphere within a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering insights derived from data analysis to relevant stakeholders.
- Exploring and evaluating innovative methods to leverage data effectively.
- Establishing streamlined processes and systems to enhance data management efficiency.
- Gathering and presenting sales data and reports enriched with insights and analyses for various live tours, events, and productions.
- Resolving issues and collaborating with venues to ensure clear communication regarding sales.
- Managing reporting and ticketing challenges, escalating issues as necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK live ticketing landscape.
- Capability to work independently, particularly concerning data analysis tasks.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as TABLEAU and POWER BI is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management.
- Understanding of GDPR regulations.
