About the Role:

  • Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our client's team, responsible for developing national and key accounts in the food industry.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the food industry.
    • Drive B2B sales by offering tailored solutions, including both individual machines and complete line systems.
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, assess the competitive landscape, and uncover growth opportunities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technical solutions relevant to the food industry.
  • Requirements:
    • Proven track record in sales management, with a focus on national and key accounts.
    • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of the food manufacturing and processing sector.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
