We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive the growth and expansion of our solar energy and net zero solutions within the commercial and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive new business opportunities and forge relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, setting targets and KPIs to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, attend industry events, and negotiate large contracts with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives and sustainability officers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, ensuring that sales strategies are aligned with emerging opportunities and the company's objectives.
Requirements:
- Circa 10 years of B2B sales experience and at least three years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record in closing deals within the renewable energy sector or selling net zero business services to UK SMEs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead a sales team in a high-growth environment.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to negotiate effectively while fostering strong relationships with customers and team members alike.
