Business Development Manager

CINQ SALES is in search of a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead new business initiatives and retention strategies within our Business & Industry sector. This position encompasses overseeing the entire sales process, from initial outreach to finalizing contracts and transitioning clients to our operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Marketing

Formulate strategic plans for market expansion.

Foster and maintain robust client relationships.

Drive growth in both new and existing markets.

Identify pivotal opportunities for a comprehensive three-year strategy.

Conduct thorough SWOT analyses.

Achieve targeted business growth metrics.

Consumer Engagement and Marketing

Collaborate on the design of compelling bids.

Ensure that sales proposals align with consumer expectations.

Financial Management

Refine pricing strategies to enhance profitability.

Ensure compliance with purchasing regulations.

Effectively allocate overhead costs.

Meet established financial benchmarks.

Operational Efficiency and Cost Management

Standardize processes to enhance operational efficiencies.

Manage costs above the unit level.

Adhere to budgetary constraints and forecasts.

Surpass service level expectations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a proven sales record, a positive mindset, and the capability to delegate responsibilities effectively. You are committed to maintaining high standards, promoting teamwork, embracing diversity, and acting with integrity.

Your expertise lies in foodservice, retail, and facilities management, where you excel at crafting winning proposals and developing profitable sales strategies.

Preferred qualifications include operational experience, a passion for food trends, and familiarity with the education and retail sectors. You work collaboratively with both internal teams and external clients.
