Job Summary:

EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to join our client, a very well-run real estate specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading marketing teams, developing comprehensive marketing strategies in real estate or adjacent industries, and executing these strategies successfully.

About the Role:

  • Lead and implement creative B2B and B2C marketing initiatives for each property asset, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Recruit and lead a new marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Develop and manage content for social media channels, enhancing the company's online presence and reputation.
  • Coordinate and manage partner events from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Manage the production of internal and external marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations, to effectively communicate the company's message.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to identify marketing requirements and ensure messaging and outputs are aligned, driving consistency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in property marketing, with a proven track record of success in leading marketing teams and developing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience planning and delivering online and offline marketing campaigns within the property or real estate industry, with a focus on business growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills, with the ability to create high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
