About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at The Opportunity Hub UK. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion through lead generation, conversion, and relationship building with property owners and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify new market opportunities with property management companies, property owners, property developers, and real estate asset managers to onboard their properties and grow our market share.
  • Business Development and Outreach: Establish relationships with potential new property owners and managers through phone, email, and in-person meetings to gauge interest and plan meetings.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Set up meetings and negotiate business terms with new and existing property owners or property management companies using phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize and review the performance of new and existing properties to ensure maximum revenue optimization.
  • Relationship Building: Communicate and build strong relationships with potential and existing owners to drive business growth.
  • Collaboration and Strategy: Collaborate with the Revenue and Distribution department to set goals for our properties and ensure that we achieve revenue optimization.
  • Channel Management: Onboard and monitor distribution channels performance and channel management software accuracy.
  • Representation and Promotion: Represent us at networking events, travel trade conferences, and events as required, and update physical internet material to promote company identity and services.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years sales experience (ideally in the serviced apartments and/or hospitality sales industry).
  • Skills: Tenacity and passion for lead generation and conversion, experience managing relationships with property owners and property managers at a senior level, multi-tasking and strong time management skills, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English, a sales 'shark' mentality, door-opening approach, strong will to achieve results with minimal supervision, professional in all forms of communications, highly responsive and reliable with strong attention to detail.
