As a Category Sales Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and category success within your designated territory. You will be responsible for executing the male grooming category field sales strategy, ensuring optimal product availability, and fostering strong relationships with store staff.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize sales performance within assigned stores.
  • Collaborate closely with store personnel to optimize product placement, inventory management, and merchandising displays.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with store managers to analyze performance trends, identify opportunities for growth, and implement action plans.
  • Leverage sales data and insights to drive category development and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to store staff on product knowledge, promotions, and best practices.
