About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Category Development Manager to join our team at Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our Northern Europe business unit, you will be responsible for managing our New Ventures categories, driving innovation and growth within our core business of beans, soup, and table sauces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of category strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal Commercial, Marketing, and Sales teams to launch new products and manage range optimization across the trade.
  • Partner with UK retailers to overcome challenges and drive category performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to improve category performance, using data from JDA, IRI, Kantar, and other retailer data systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in category development, sales, commercial, or trade marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with JDA, IRI, Kantar, and other retailer data systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
