Vertical Advantage is seeking a skilled Category Development Manager to join our team. As a Category Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and category development across our Managed Convenience retailers and Out of Home suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Category Partnership Development: Develop and deliver inspiring category solutions and recommendations that generate category growth and overall business growth.
- Process Ownership: Take ownership of key category processes, including internal and external Period Reporting, and provide ad hoc analysis to support our sales team in delivering its objectives.
- Commercial Leadership: Lead the commercial agenda and ensure customer trends and opportunities are being shared and shaping the development of business opportunities.
- Category Capability Development: Develop category capability across commercial teams and ensure the customer is at the heart of our business.
Requirements:
- Strong commercial acumen and category development experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive business growth.
- Experience working with Managed Convenience retailers and Out of Home suppliers.
