About the Role

As a key contributor in the Global Partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and executing Swiss Re Reinsurance Solutions' partnerships strategy focusing on tech, data, and health & wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of our partnerships strategy to accelerate the growth of our solutions business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support negotiations and deal structuring for partnerships.
  • Play a key role in the commercialization of new and existing partnerships by working with cross-functional teams and partners to maximize the partnerships potential.
  • Be the partnerships subject matter expertise for the assigned focus segments/topics.
  • Provide regular reporting on partnership activities and results.

We are a small, diverse team based across multiple regions with a focus on growth and innovation underpinned by a collaborative culture.

About You

We are looking for an expert partnership manager with a demonstrated ability in either partnerships; business development; or technology management in the insurance industry. To be successful, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • Understand technology and operational frameworks in which life & health insurance industry operates.
  • Proven ability to form constructive opinions, rationalize decisions, and ensure team alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to de-risk projects, experiment quickly and pivot.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment and work across multiple time zones.
  • Insurance industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience in working in the software/ platform industry is a plus.
