Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Accounting Manager to join our Partner Affairs and Tax team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing partnership capital and partnership capital funding, as well as providing support on partner joiner, mover, and retiree processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the annual capital call process, including arranging capital contributions and capital loan repayments.
  • Forecast bank facility limits and maintain relationships with banks and legal advisors.
  • Reconcile and pay quarterly capital loan interest and maintain partners' capital GL accounts.
  • Contribute to the year-end audit process, particularly around capital, including liaison with auditors and responding to audit queries.
  • Provide support on partner joiner, mover, and retiree processes, including ensuring an effective and efficient joining and leaving process.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and develop junior members of the team.
  • Strong numeracy and IT skills, including knowledge of Windows, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work as part of a wider team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience within a professional services function is desirable.
