Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven In-Store Commercial Manager to join our team at H&M Home. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers and driving sales on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Team Leadership: Work closely with the store team to maximize profitability and sales.
  • Visual Presentation: Create inspirational presentations and visual displays that showcase our products.
  • Planning and Procedures: Develop and implement effective plans and procedures to drive sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Visual Merchandising: Experience in visual merchandising and ability to create inspiring displays.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
