Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Carhartt WIP Store London. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store and deputising in their absence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in the management and daily operation of the store
  • Deputise in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Understand and implement company procedures and directives
  • Ensure sales plans are achieved
  • Support the store team in product knowledge to ensure excellent customer service
  • Mentor and provide feedback to sales staff to meet sales goals
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and company visual merchandising standards
