Store Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Assistant Manager to join our team at Deciem Beauty Group. As a Store Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily in-store operations and ensuring the store is profitable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily in-store operations
  • Assist in the sales floor to ensure the store is profitable
  • Notify the Store Manager and/or Area Sales Manager of any customer complaints and comments
  • Chair regular team meetings to update employees on business performance and new initiatives
  • Responsible for monitoring and achieving overall Store satisfaction and Team educational KPIs
  • Enforce store policies and procedures to meet company standards and direction
  • Assist in hosting store events in conjunction with merchandising and corporate retail teams

Requirements:

  • Relevant education or equivalent work experience in customer service/retail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
