About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our stores within the North East region. As a key member of our Store Support Centre team in Nottingham, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing store teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop store teams to achieve business objectives and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Develop and implement regional business plans to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with store managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experiences
  • Coach and develop store teams to achieve their full potential and support the creation of future leaders within the business
  • Work closely with the Store Support Centre team to share best practices, provide support, and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment, with a strong track record of leadership and team development
  • Ability to demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
  • Strong commercial focus, with the ability to achieve KPIs and drive sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with store teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a busy environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving business objectives
