Helpdesk Administrator

About The Job:
Must be able to work remotely as well as travel into the office.
Schedule:
- Rota Job.
- May include weekends.
- Shift is 17:0007:00
Role:
- Working on a busy Helpdesk within a Facilities Management environment.
- Log reactive tasks on CAFM system.
- Download and allocate work sheets for engineers/cleaners/subcontractors.
- Update CAFM once engineers/cleaner's/Sub contractors feedback received.
- Order parts for further works where necessary.
- Arrange for quotes to be raised where required.
- Strictly monitor all open tasks until resolution.
- Close down tasks on CAFM once completed.
- Produce reports to demonstrate Helpdesk performance.
- Prepare for cut over imminently to the new CAFM system.
- Scan and file completed work sheets.

- Competent with IT software.
- Selfmanaging.
- Hard working.
- Well presented.
- Good Telephone Manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage numerous tasks at the same time.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
