Job Introduction
**Helpdesk Operator **at Sodexo in **Royal Stoke University Hospital, Newcastle-Under-Lyme**, You will be the first point of contact, receiving and accurately logging all facilities management service requests. **What you’ll do**:

- Answer direct phone calls and E-mails
- Accurately log all service requests
- Assign service requests
- Prepare and distribute reports
- Provide general administrative support to the team

**What you bring**:

- Computer literacy - MS office packages
- Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a helpdesk environment is advantageous, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box

Package Description
A **great opportunity** has arisen to join our team as a **Helpdesk Operative** here at **Royal Stoke University Hospital.**

If you have previous **experience** working within a** helpdesk environment**, that’s great** If not,** but you have** good IT skills, communication skills and strong attention to detail** we **still want to hear from you**
- **£11.05** per hour
- **26.25** hours per week
- **Working**: 4 on 4 off rotation, 6.00am - 2.00pm
