Here at The Recruitment Junction, we are working with a leading, national employer who is looking to hire a Helpdesk Operative to join their team. Located in Newcastle city centre.

Full time, 35 hours per week.

**What will I be doing?**
- Central point of contact for clients solutions and jobs.
- Answer, log, input and allocate service requests accurately and in a timely manner and direct the appropriate personnel to undertake the tasks.
- To assign and re assign works to the necessary resource.
- To cover general reception duties.
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Takes pride in their work.
- Effective communicator, with a confident telephone manner
- Reliable, flexible and organised

The Recruitment Junction was launched in 2020 as the first and only non-profit recruitment agency in the north east of England, exclusively placing men and women with prior convictions into meaningful paid work.

We offer support into full-time, permanent employment. We are working with a specific client, supporting them with their recruitment needs. You will be employed directly by the client themselves.

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
