Here at The Recruitment Junction, we are working with a leading, national employer who is looking to hire a Helpdesk Operative to join their team. Located in Newcastle city centre.

Full time, NIGHT SHIFT. Working 4 on 4 off.

**What will I be doing?**
- Central point of contact for clients solutions and jobs.
- To assign and re assign works to the necessary resource.
- Accurate attention to detail.
- Takes pride in their work.
- Effective communicator.

The Recruitment Junction was launched in 2020 as the first and only non-profit recruitment agency in the north east of England, exclusively placing men and women with prior convictions into meaningful paid work.

We offer support into full-time, permanent employment. We are working with a specific client, supporting them with their recruitment needs. You will be employed directly by the client themselves.

**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year
