As a Support Worker, you will provide housing related support to vulnerable adults and those from various and complex backgrounds, to support them with independent living, providing a low-level preventative service, with support to improve their skills, resilience, and pathways to independence.
You will provide direct communal support to participants by managing a caseload with key working responsibilities.You will work alongside community partners and other key stakeholders to ensure needs, objectives, and requirements of the service are met as a team and individually.
You will further be involved in providing effective outreach support to vulnerable adults to assist with tenancy sustainment, independent living, and promoting self-reliance.
