As the Deputy Director, you will be at the forefront of employment strategies, shaping our research and development agenda.
Leading our Research and Development team, you will establish a clear work program, secure funding, and deliver innovative projects on labor market and inclusion matters.
You will be responsible for ensuring top-quality results with a maximum impact on policies and practices.
In addition, you will oversee cross-organizational projects and support both internal and external development and impact.
Collaborating with stakeholders from government bodies, media, and funding sources, you will be our reputable voice on employment-related matters.
Experience in delivering intricate research and development programs, an understanding of current employment policies, proficiency in research methodologies, and networking skills are essential for this role.
Occasional travel and overnight stays may be necessary.
This position may also be referred to as Programme Manager, Deputy Head of Research and Development, Senior Lead of Research and Development, and other similar titles at different organizations.
