Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into aggregation and modeling systems for Political Violence and Political Risk rollup portfolios, continually improving performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement best practices for capturing and modeling Political Violence and Political Risk exposures, providing detailed portfolio level analytics to support underwriting decisions and monitor against appetites.

Necessary Experience:

  • Essential: Experience in overseeing workflows, managing, and analyzing large data sets.
  • Desirable: Thorough understanding of Exposure Management concepts and techniques, along with team management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and a comprehensive understanding of fundamental insurance/reinsurance concepts, slips terms, and conditions.

Education & Personal Skills:

  • Desirable: CII qualification.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Selfmotivated team player with excellent analytical and logical thinking abilities.
