Business Administration Apprentice
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent computer skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Email, Excel)
- Ability to learn new programs quickly
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality of work products.
- Must be able to pass preemployment criminal background check.
- GCSE grade C/4 or above in English
Your Tasks
- As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with diary management, including scheduling appointments and arranging meetings.
- Processing invoices accurately and ensuring timely payments.
- Raising requisitions and placing orders for necessary supplies and equipment.
- Maintaining an organized filing system for easy document retrieval.
- Assisting with reception duties, including handling incoming and outgoing post.
- Arranging meetings and preparing meeting/training rooms
- Supporting the organization of company events
- Coordinating onsite accommodation requirements for visitors.
- Assisting with departmental projects, as needed.
- Ensure all course work is completed within expected timescales.
- Promote courses on social media
Salary:
From £10,296.00 per year
