With both domestic and international business, the company continues to grow and is looking to expand their team.

**The Role**:
**What will I be doing?**

As the Export Administration Apprentice, you will be gaining academic knowledge through your college apprenticeship whilst also contributing to the team through completing export documentation in an accurate and timely manner, liaising with internal departments such as Production and raising orders onto our internal systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth and timely operation to ensure finished goods are ready on time to meet loading schedules.
- Raising orders and invoices on internal database and Sage200.
- Working closely with freight forwarders to arrange shipping and haulage.
- Arranging and completing export documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensuring systems are up to date and databases are filled in correctly.
- Overseeing the loading of overseas orders in all weather conditions.
- Problem solving to ensure problem resolution for customers and delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**What are we looking for?**

**_ The successful applicant will be required to have a GCSE or equivalent in both Maths and English at Grade 9-4 or A*-C._**

The ability to speak an additional language would be desirable but is not essential.
