Apprentice Business Administrator

Established in 1996 with a strong family heritage which has built the backbone of the business. Prima Cheese is one of the biggest cheese processors in the whole of the UK. We are a dairy processing company specialising in cheese used predominantly for pizzas.

Duties include:

- Greeting visitors to Prima and offering an exceptional experience on arrival, during their visit and departure.
- Offer refreshments to directors and visitors.
- Completing administrative tasks with appropriate technical skills/general office duties, including but not limited to filing, ordering stationery etc.
- Prioritising tasks - visitors in house should be first priority.
- Setting up meetings in house.
- Maintaining front door security and reporting any suspicious activity.
- Confidentiality.
- Be able to stay calm and resist stress.
- Coping with interruption.
- Be confident to undertake tasks that you are unfamiliar with by asking for support.
- Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance - you are the first point of contact and the ‘Brand’.
- Any other reasonable duties as required by the Head Receptionist.

About you:

- Friendly, polite and approachable.
- Knowledge of business.
- Attentiveness.
- Computer literate.
- Good telephone manner and communication

You will complete the Business Administrator Level 3 as part of the role, the training will be provided by Optimum skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £5.80 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
