You will collaborate closely with the buying team to ensure our product range aligns with our brand identity while meeting our profit goals.

  • Utilize your strong analytical abilities to strategize and adapt to various situations.
  • Work alongside the Buying, Design, and Product Tech teams to develop seasonal product ranges for the softlines department.
  • Prepare category budgets based on thorough analysis of past sales data and trends.
  • Develop and implement the department's promotional strategy throughout the organization.
  • Continuously evaluate sales data and make dynamic decisions as needed.
  • Assist the Head of Merchandising and MAA with logistics planning and inquiries.
  • Support the partnerships team in range planning and sales data analysis for concessions and marketplaces.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Commercial, strategic, and creative mindset.
