ROLE SUMMARY

The Merchandising Operations Coordinator plays a vital role within the broader Merchandising department, tasked with systematically delivering precise analyses and reports that guide stock replenishment and trading strategies. This ensures optimal stock levels, timely purchase orders, and efficient invoice management. Your proactive approach, exceptional organisational capabilities, and keen attention to detail will position you as a reliable and valued contributor to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing essential support to the Merchandising Team by actively engaging in the analysis of sales patterns and maintaining inventory levels across various channels.
  • Assisting the merchandiser in the analysis and preparation for weekly trading discussions.
  • Recommending replenishment for products based on rate of sale and inventory coverage.
  • Supporting the merchandising team with inventory management for online marketplaces.
  • Assisting the merchandiser with daily administrative tasks, stock management, and product launches.
  • Identifying any pricing or product modifications and coordinating with the trading team for implementation.
  • Maintaining the delivery schedule.
  • Updating product line documentation.
  • Ensuring accurate line details for all categories in collaboration with the team.
  • Performing any additional duties as required by the Merchandising team, including reporting on style, personalisation, colour, and size performance.

  • Experience in an administrative role within a dynamic environment.
  • A strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with numerical data and conducting analyses.
  • Proficient in Excel and other data management tools.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of fostering positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Commercially aware and results-oriented.
