Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Supervise and coordinate all operational functions within the organization.

  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
  • Budget Management: Oversee financial resources, performance metrics, and budgets to achieve organizational goals.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to guarantee smooth service provision.
  • Growth Identification: Recognize and pursue opportunities for business expansion and service improvement.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in an operations management capacity, preferably within the security industry.
