Job Title: Account Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team at Gi Group Operations. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating recruitment activities for our clients. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Recruitment Activities: Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising, screening, interviewing, assessment days, right to work checks, reference checks, and inductions.
  • Candidate Management: Conduct check-in, satisfaction, and re-book calls to all flexible employees, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to candidates and clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend daily and weekly planning and staffing meetings, contributing to the success of the team.
  • Quality Monitoring: Monitor staff quality, attendance, and attrition levels, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Candidate Allocation: Allocate suitable candidates to shifts and book in accordance with the headcount plan.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate filing systems for both working and inactive candidates.
  • Team Meetings: Attend and participate in team meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
