About the Role:
The successful candidate will have experience working in a financial services environment, preferably within a wealth management or IFA setting. You will have a strong understanding of FCA regulations and excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Suitability Reports
- Preparing Meeting Summary Communications
- Managing Provider Communications
- Coordinating Client Meetings
- Preparing Client Portfolio Reviews
- Processing Trades and Switches
- Sourcing and Generating Provider Illustrations
Requirements:
- Organized and able to multitask
- Can-do attitude
- Working knowledge of the regulated Financial Services Industry
- Previous experience in a Financial Services administration role
- Highly competent user of Microsoft Office applications
