Financial Operations Coordinator

Your new role involves assisting this innovative company with hiring this newly-created position of Financial Operations Coordinator. The Financial Operations Coordinator would ensure the smooth and timely execution of month-end processes, supporting the company's growth. Flexibility, strong communication, and a proactive attitude are essential. Responsibilities would include:

  • Coordinate with finance team members on month-end activities, ensuring accurate cost and income capture, and updating the Head of Finance.
  • Prepare accruals, prepayments, fixed asset adjustments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and year-end statutory reporting.
  • Collaborate with merchandising/procurement and commercial teams on royalty information and reporting.
  • Support the implementation of strong financial processes.
  • Assist with stock take, valuations, and management accounts preparation.
  • Handle foreign tax/VAT compliance and other account administration tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and management systems.


What You'll Need to Succeed
The ideal candidate would be CIMA/ACCA qualified and have experience in financial operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are required.
