Job Summary

The Business Support Coordinator role is responsible for providing operational support to the RGC Operations Manager. This includes collecting and updating management data, facilitating equipment deployments, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and update management data in the RGC Deal Log to ensure current data is available for senior management and business analysts.
  • Facilitate and coordinate equipment deployments to ensure necessary actions and resources are in place and cost control is maintained.
  • Support the RGC Operations Manager with Goods in Transit management to ensure equipment arrives in line with delivery dates and prevent unnecessary warehouse and transit costs.
  • Provide customer relationship support for CF Supplies, updating customers on stock arrival dates and potential delays to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage the RGC Email Inbox, escalating queries as necessary to ensure timely responses.
  • Provide operational coverage for the RGC Operations Manager during their absence, handling light duties as required to maintain service levels.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable customer service experience and ability to see things from the customer perspective.
  • Project deployment skills would be an advantage.
  • Process driven, with an analytical and logical approach to business tasks.
  • Good communicator and strong team player.
  • Able to use own initiative and be proactive.
  • Good time management skills and ability to plan work around multiple deployments and moving time-scales.
