**Job Title:** Senior Operations Coordinator


**Job Summary:**


Lawrence Cleaning Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Coordinator to oversee all aspects of daily operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality cleaning services to our clients.


**Key Responsibilities:**




  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee and manage operation support managers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor and analyse operational expenses to ensure profitability
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with clients to discuss and resolve any concerns or issues swiftly
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies for business growth


**Requirements:**




  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management
  • Strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
