About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at UPS UK. As a key part of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of packages across the region, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service.

Your day will involve planning and prioritizing your workload to maximize efficiency, working with our team to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise.

Estimated Salary: £14.21 per hour (rising to £17.48 depending on length of service and license held)

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the movement of packages across the region, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service
  • Plan and prioritize your workload to maximize efficiency, working with our team to ensure seamless communication
  • Address any issues that may arise, using problem-solving skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • A good level of driving experience (minimum 2 years) with a B or C driving licence category
  • Experience in a similar customer-facing role would be an advantage
  • Ability to work flexibly, methodically and under pressure, with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction
