We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at GXO Logistics in Northampton. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collate and present necessary warehouse and inventory information to the planning team via the Management Information system
- Liaise with colleagues and operational line managers to capture all feedback on warehouse and pick layout in line with seasonal demand and changes to rate of movement to optimise performance KPIs
- Meet and exceed the needs of customers, demonstrating and promoting customer focused approach to operational activities
- Assist with other administrative or support duties where necessary as designated by the line manager
- Experience in administrative function within logistics essential
- Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Good organisational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Be able to prioritise own workload and work under pressure
