**Job Summary:

As a Facilities Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management services. This includes managing the CAFM system, prioritizing and assigning tasks, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

You will work closely with our facilities team to develop and implement process improvements, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage CAFM system to ensure accurate tracking of client requests
  • Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in facilities management or related field
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Salary Range:** $55,000 - $75,000 per annum
