Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Operations Coordinator to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for planning peak schedules to ensure our network is correctly resourced and additional costs are aligned with the budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement Paragon schedules to optimize vehicle utilization and reduce costs
  • Analyze KPIs and identify areas for improvement to support cost reductions
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and external contacts to ensure seamless collaboration

Requirements:

  • Experience in a planning or operations environment with a proven track record of scheduling and implementing Paragon schedules
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets
  • Financially and commercially aware with a commitment to continuous improvement
