Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our team. As a Customer Care Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner, escalating issues to senior management as necessary.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Care Technicians, suppliers, and sub-contract trades, to ensure effective issue resolution and appointment scheduling.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using Sitestream.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies and procedures, particularly in relation to COVID-19.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • CRM Software: Proficient in the use of CRM software, with experience in data entry, record management, and reporting.
  • Education: Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
