Pertemps Northampton is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive a professional, efficient, and effective service that meets their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor customer perceptions and expectations of the Customer Services Department and help to develop and implement new systems to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including operations and shipping, to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered in accordance with customer expectations.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to keep them informed of delivery dates, schedule changes, and any other relevant information.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the Customer Services Department.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
