Baxter is a leading global medical products company that is deeply connected by its mission to save and sustain lives. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our product lines and customer channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling orders for hospitals and troubleshooting customer complaints
  • Building positive relationships within the company and communicating thoughtful, empathetic resolutions tailored to each customer
  • Processing patient orders for hospitals and collaborating with other departments to ensure high delivery of service excellence to Baxter's customers and patients

What We Offer:

  • A 10-month fixed-term full-time contract
  • Work weekday shift 8.30 am - 4:30 pm, then 9:30 am - 5:30 pm Mondays to Thursdays (on weekly rotation) and 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on Fridays
