We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our client's customer services team as a Customer Service Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- They will be a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
