Job Title: Account Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Operations Coordinator to join our team at Gi Group Operations. As an Account Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating recruitment activities for our clients. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with client stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery of recruitment services.
  • Recruitment Activities: Coordinate recruitment activities such as advertising, screening, interviewing, assessment days, right to work checks, reference checks, and inductions.
  • Candidate Management: Conduct check-in/satisfaction/re-book calls to all flexible employees and be the first point of contact for candidates and clients in dealing with any questions or offering support.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend daily and weekly planning and staffing meetings, where applicable, and participate in team meetings as required.
  • Quality Monitoring: Monitor staff quality, attendance, and attrition levels to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Candidate Allocation: Allocate suitable candidates to shifts and book in accordance with the headcount plan.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate filing systems for both working and inactive candidates.

Requirements:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
