Job Summary

The Resolute Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to both existing and prospective clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Support our operations team by providing administrative assistance, such as scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office to create and proofread documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate team members or departments.
  • Assist colleagues and the accounts team with general support tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mailroom duties.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
