ROLE OVERVIEW
The Merchandising Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role within the broader Merchandising team, tasked with delivering precise analysis and reports that guide stock replenishment and trading strategies. This ensures optimal stock levels are maintained, purchase orders are generated, and invoices are followed up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide essential support to the Merchandising Team by actively analyzing sales patterns and overseeing stock levels across various channels.
- Assist the merchandiser in preparing for weekly trading discussions through insightful analysis.
- Recommend replenishment for products based on rate of sale and inventory coverage.
- Aid the merchandiser with daily administrative tasks, stock management, and product launches.
- Identify any pricing or product modifications and collaborate with the trading team to implement necessary actions.
- Undertake additional duties as required by the Merchandising team, including reporting on style, personalization, color, and size performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical skills with a comfort in working with numerical data.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
