Position Overview

Work Schedule

This role requires a commitment of 30 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of this position include:

  • Accurate entry of data into patient records to ensure effective communication with patients and external organizations.
  • Scanning and coding of confidential documents into patient files.
  • Addressing inquiries from patients and external entities.
  • Assisting the clinical team with correspondence, reports, and inquiries.
  • Collaborating with the administrative team to complete tasks and report any issues to the team leader.
  • Performing additional reasonable tasks as assigned by Team Leaders to maintain high-quality service for patients.
  • Managing referrals, clinic letters, appointments, and general communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Participating in mandatory training sessions, both internal and external.
  • Executing other duties as required.
  • Booking appointments and adhering to established protocols.
  • Handling confidential safeguarding documents.
  • Communicating with patients to schedule appointments.
