Are you passionate about Clinical Research? Join our dynamic team dedicated to providing research opportunities to our patients, contributing to the advancement of future treatments and diagnostics.
Our department is a hub of activity, employing Research Nurses, Physicians, and Administrative Staff to facilitate Clinical Research. With approximately 50 Clinical trials in progress from Phase II to Phase IV, your role will involve collaborating with a team to manage a variety of administrative tasks.
The Research and Innovation department is seeking a Clinical Research Administrative Coordinator to deliver clerical assistance and support the Research Team in providing exceptional care to all research participants.
The successful candidate will offer outstanding administrative, organizational, and data management support to the Clinical Research Team.
We are looking for an individual with meticulous attention to detail, capable of meeting tight deadlines, and possessing a strong commitment to customer service. You will collaborate with various teams within the organization to facilitate the execution of Clinical Trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and prioritize your workload, oversee office systems, maintain databases, and prepare reports and files specific to the Research team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, handling general reception duties.
- Prepare necessary research-related documentation and paperwork.
- Coordinate the shipment of pathology samples and electronic data for central review and reporting as dictated by research protocols.
- Collaborate with hospital staff on research-related issues.
- Process documentation and maintain records for both staff and research purposes.
- Provide support as needed and undertake additional duties as requested.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations governing clinical trials.
