Position Overview

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to become an integral part of our Technical Operations Team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison with various planning and regulatory portals, facilitating communication and coordination. Additionally, they will oversee the invoice tracking and document management systems, ensuring that these essential processes are handled consistently and reliably. The Administrative Coordinator will also be responsible for compiling weekly meeting notes for the technical team and ensuring that follow-up actions are communicated effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The Administrative Coordinator will assist all members of the technical team with various administrative duties, including but not limited to: processing invoices, drafting correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems.

Health, Safety & Sustainability Responsibilities

It is crucial for the candidate to prioritize their own health and safety as well as that of their colleagues, adhering to the health, safety, and sustainability standards set forth by the organization.

Required Skills and Experience

Essential Qualifications
