Job Overview

As a Visual Merchandising Assistant, you will play a key role in creating an engaging and immersive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for visual support, product placement, and display creation to maximize store profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets, monitor staff service levels, and utilize in-store devices to offer customers the full product range.
  • Visual Merchandising: Attract and engage customers through creative visual techniques, maintain sales floor standards, and ensure stock is clean and presentable.
  • Training and Development: Encourage personal progression, assist with new starter inductions, and support the development of existing staff.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
