About the role:
RealTruck is looking to expand its business in Europe and is dedicated to investing in the market by introducing new products, enhancing its distribution network, and establishing a strong brand.
To support this goal, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager for our Aftermarket business. This individual will be responsible for devising and implementing an effective strategy to position RealTruck as the top choice for accessories for pickup trucks and 4x4 vehicles in Europe.
By being attentive to our customers' needs and understanding their industries and target markets, we can showcase the range and quality of our products and services and the benefits we can offer.
As the key point of contact and relationship builder with customers, the primary role of the Regional Sales Manager is to communicate and deliver this value to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Showcase RealTruck's full product range within your assigned region and customer segments
- Collaborate with the Sales Director for Europe to define sales strategies and objectives
- Ensure successful implementation of the strategy to achieve sales targets and other set goals
- Identify opportunities for growth and adeptly address challenges as they emerge
- Regularly engage with customers in your area to establish and monitor sales plans, discover new prospects, and cultivate strong relationships
- Contribute actively to the growth and enhancement of RealTruck Europe leveraging your industry knowledge
- Coordinate with Customer Support and other departments at RealTruck Europe to ensure efficient and timely order processing and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Organize or take part in relevant events to exhibit products and interact with current and potential customers
- Provide feedback for product enhancements, new product development, and pricing to ensure our offerings remain competitive
- Act as a mentor and knowledge source for junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing
- Deliver accurate and timely reports and offer recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent field
- Several years of experience, preferably in dealership, customer, channel, or client relationship management
- Background in the automotive aftermarket industry in Europe
- Demonstrated ability in establishing and managing a distribution network and driving growth
- Understanding of brand building and value-based selling
- Strong organizational and analytical skills for sales planning, business development, and reporting
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and possessing high integrity
- Technical proficiency to install and demonstrate products
- Capable of working remotely when not meeting with clients
- Willingness to travel a minimum of two weeks per month, including time spent at the headquarters
